Demarest

This highly sought after town is slightly smaller then its sister towns, and that is why its residents are in love.  Demarset offers the best of; tranquility, blue ribbon schools, proximity to NYC and  recreation facilities.  Like its neighboring Bergen towns all of its recreation programs are successful because of the intense volunteering from its residents.  Keep in mind that buying in Demarest takes patience as this is a smaller town with less inventory. However that is good news for sellers.
